Very good baked goods

Very nice traditional and good quality. I hope that this can be preserved today. I like it here, it's a good contrast to all the new bakeries that are springing up. Here it is pleasantly quiet and invites you to linger, a nice change in a cozy atmosphere.

I have been living in Neu Ulm for 3 and a half years now and have made the experience that the quality of the baked goods is really delicious. However, the employees there are permanently unfriendly, impolite and always seem annoyed. Apparently it is also asking too much whether the bread can be sliced. That is done, but afterwards you almost get thrown the bread on the counter. No please, no thanks, no goodbye! As a customer, you really get the feeling that you are too much. So, in the past few years I have tried it a few times because of the good baked goods and wanted to give the employees a chance because everyone has a bad day. But I think that's the norm there, today this was actually my last visit. Seriously, dear employees, is that how you treat your customers? A little friendliness and a smile doesn't hurt anyone, I promise. In this sense, a friendly meant goodbye. 🍀

Saleswoman friendly and patient. Large assortment but unfortunately not for the snacks.

We shopped here again yesterday after a long time. The conclusion to this, overwhelmed the saleswoman with three customers in the store. The cake is now completely overpriced, visually beautiful, tastes well. The two pieces of cake were not even neatly cut, the "crumbs" placed next to them (see photo). .... for 2 pieces of crumbled cake and 4 Peti four a proud € 16.46, that's definitely the last time we went shopping.

Actually very tasty cakes. I wanted to pre-order 1 whole cake - not possible. You cannot pre-order it by phone, as you have to pay a deposit in cash. PayPal nil. So go there to pay a deposit. That it still exists today. Very customer and service oriented. I preferred not to ask about the online shop.

Cheese roll tastes like a croissant ... Totally blistered ... Coffee has some aftertaste that I can not define .. Unfriendly staff ... There were such sentences from the staff how do you open the door or can I completely squeeze through and I felt very uncomfortable ...

Old bakery served very good bread and cake

Super nice little coffee house (Viennese coffeehouse atmosphere in mini format), lovingly decorated, great: also open on Sundays 👍, very friendly staff, great delicious cakes and pies, conveniently located near train station Neu-Ulm and directly opposite the EZ 'Glacis-Galerie' - highly recommended 👍👍👍 if in Neu-Ulm coffee break, then only here.

Where do you love to find a real cafe with an "old-scool" atmosphere? Where else are there "eggs in a glass"? Attentive and friendly service! Next door then the delicious bakery / pastry shop, where you can also buy something. Guys, go breakfasts, order 2 eggs in the glass and a butter pretzel to drink. The whole thing with a strong coffee, and the day can hardly begin any better.
